Summer Camp - Policies
Registration Limits
Leg Up Summer Camps sell out every year! - Please limit registration to ONE camp session week so we can provide this unique summer experience and opportunity to all our current students and returning summer campers - Thank you for your consideration!
Camp Registration
Camp Registration available ONLINE ONLY through our Jumbula registration platform: access code requred to select desired camp week.
Camp sessions are reserved on a First DEPOSIT Received basis - An initial $200 Deposit is required to Reserve and guarantee your child's spot; email confirmations will be sent out upon receipt of payment. If your desired spot fills before payment is received, your child will be placed on a waitlist for that session.
Camp Payments - Payments are processed through our Jumbula Registration platform. Camp Balance payments are remitted through Jumbula automatically 30 days prior to session start date, using your payment method on file.
IIMPORTANT: Campers are required to maintain a valid Payment method on file (Jumbula) to avoid an additional $10 reprocessing fee. Late or missed Payments may be subject to camp session cancellation.

Age/Grade requirements
Campers must meet BOTH Age & Grade Requirements by the desired camp session start date.
Residency Requirement (full details & FAQ's)
Registration is limited to campers residing year-round (not visiting) in our local Charlotte/Fort Mill community (25 mi driving distance). Campers must have attended school in this area for the prior 6 months of registration. Please inquire if your student resides outside this area.
Health / Accident Insurance Requirement
Insurance coverage is mandatory and required for participation in all Leg Up Programs and Summer Camps. Parents are responsible for providing medical insurance AND responsible for coverage for any out-of-pocket expenses including deductibles, or purchasing additional GAP Insurance if needed. Parents/guardians must also complete an eSign (DigiSigner) Medical Release form.
Special Needs Accommodation -
Please indicate any special needs or disabilities prior to registration. While we strive to be inclusive, our program is not equipped to support certain physical, emotional, or developmental needs that require specialized training or one‑on‑one assistance. If we are unable to safely accommodate your child, we will gladly refer you to an accredited equestrian program that offers specialized services.
