Cancellation & Refund Policy
Reservations - Camp Sessions are reserved on first deposit received basis - your PAID deposit guarantees your child's spot; email confirmations will be sent out upon receipt. If your desired spot fills before payment is received, your child will be placed on a wait list for that session.
Cancellations & Changes - Leg Up Summer Camps has a strict Cancellation Policy - please see below for details.

FAQ's - Camp Cancellation Refund Policy
Q: How do I cancel my Camp registration.
A: Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Please reply back to your camp registration confirmation email.
Q: How is my refund amount determined
A: The refund amount is determined by the number of days remaining prior to the camp session start date. Please see printed schedule above for how we determine the refund due. Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to camp session start date are non-refundable.
Q: We need to change to another Camp session/week. Can we apply our Camp Deposit/Registration towards another camp week?
A: only if space is available in an alternate session and requested at least 15 days prior to the registered camp session start date.
Leg Up charges a $25 fee for session changes if space is available in an alternate session. If an alternate session is not available, we add you to the wait list and issue a refund based on the refund schedule above.
Q: We need to cancel our camp week, can we apply the Camp Deposit/Registration towards classes or riding lessons.
A: no. Camp Deposits & fees are non transferrable and can not be applied as a credit towards towards other Leg Up Programs including Lessons, classes or future camps. Please see printed schedule above for how we determine the refund due.
Q: My child will have to miss camp or part of the camp week due to an unexpected illness, family travel or an unexpected family event.
A: Partial Refunds are not covered for these circumstances. Please see refund schedule above.
Q: My child is registered for camp but can not attend, can my other child/friend take her place?
A: Camp Tuition & fees are non-transferrable. Please see refund schedule above.
